We are nearing completion on our first build thanks to the Caifu team, and have had such a stress-free, positive experience from start to finish. Some of our highlights have been our regular chats with Leon- incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about all things property, we always say "just a quick call..." and end up chatting for far too long. We have recently completed our first build through Caifu. Duplex completed as planned, builder was well chosen, process was generally stress free and property tenanted within 1 week of completion. Equity upside was not as high as expected though is providing good yield with upside expected following subdivision. We cannot recommend the Caifu team highly enough as they supported us with access to an extensive team to simplify the end-to-end process. We are looking for our next build and hoping to continue our relationship with Caifu into the future. Our gratitude to Drew, Damien and the Caifu team.
