    It’s a one-off fee that gives you a 12-month membership with us.

    After your initial 12 months, you have the option to renew your membership at just 50% of the original fee.

    You should only renew if we’re delivering real value to your bottom line and you’re able to keep capitalising on the profitable projects we provide.

    If you still want us to focus on growing your wealth, you renew.

    If not, you don’t renew.

    Your membership fee gives you access to a fully personalised support team, dedicated to helping you succeed at every stage:

    • Your own Property Strategist to help define and implement a tailored strategy aligned with your goals

    • A Property Coach to guide you through detailed research, due diligence, and decision-making

    • Exclusive access to profitable property acquisitions sourced and structured by our expert team

    • A dedicated Contracts Manager to support you through the construction and building process, ensuring everything stays on track

    • Our trusted professional network—including accountants, mortgage brokers, solicitors, property managers, and more—to provide expert support when and where you need it

    This is a hands-on, end-to-end service designed to help you build wealth confidently and strategically.

    No, the fee is not refundable once you join the program.

    We have a thorough, multi-stage sign-up process designed to ensure you have every opportunity to ask questions, gain clarity, and make a fully informed decision before committing.

    Once you choose to move forward, we dedicate our full resources, time, and expertise to your success – so your commitment is matched by ours.

    You can make as many acquisitions as you like within 12 months of submitting your first Sales Advice.

    There are no additional membership fees during this period.

    In short, duplex projects require significantly more time, expertise, and coordination to deliver – and that’s reflected in the acquisition fee.

    The good news? You’ll have full access to the project details and performance data before any fee is payable.

    Our acquisitions pipeline is dynamic and constantly evolving, with multiple high-quality opportunities available at any given time.

    When you come on board, you’ll work closely with your dedicated Property Coach to identify and secure the opportunity that best aligns with your strategy, goals, and budget.

    It’s all about finding the right fit, not just taking on any deal. 

    No, you won’t be competing with a crowd for the same projects.

    We cap new memberships at just 15 per month to ensure there are ample, high-quality opportunities available for every client.

    It’s also worth noting that our clients are all at different stages in their investment journey. Some may be preparing finances, releasing equity, selling existing properties, or finalising tax returns.

    That means not everyone is active at the same time, ensuring fair and timely access to opportunities when you’re ready to move.

    From the moment you come on board, you’ll gain access to all current opportunities we’ve identified as strong value buys.

    You’ll work closely with your Property Coach to review both available and upcoming projects that align with your goals.

    New opportunities are assessed daily, and as soon as they meet our strict selection criteria, you’ll be among the first to see them.

    It’s a proactive, ongoing process – so you’re always in the loop and never left waiting.

    Yes – joining now can be a smart move, even if you’re not ready to purchase immediately.

    Your 12-month membership only begins once you submit Sales Advice on your first project, so there’s no pressure to rush in.

    In the meantime, we’ll help you get prepared, whether that’s structuring your finance, setting up purchasing entities, finalising tax returns, or selling underperforming assets.

    You may even come across a project in our development pipeline that doesn’t require finance approval for several months, giving you time to get everything in place while still securing a great opportunity early.
